MONGLINH
DARISME
Monglinh is a multidisciplinary art director and content producer who builds worlds and the systems to capture them. For the past six years, she’s led creative for Broccoli City Festival, helping shape the visual identity of one of DC’s most influential music festivals while building and guiding teams that handle social strategy, on-site content capture, and real-time storytelling.
In parallel, she spent five years as Lead Photographer for Tuckernuck, producing and shooting over 10,000 products and editorials and helping launch key brand categories, including women’s sport, kids, and seasonal collections, sharpening her eye for brand consistency and her ability to deliver at scale under tight timelines.

When she’s not on set or on-site, she’s creating in physical space—her interior design work has been featured in The Washington Post, and her own paintings have filled galleries in sold-out, multi-month exhibitions with public programming.

No matter the medium, Monglinh brings curiosity, care, and a sharp eye for storytelling, turning big ideas into content people actually want to watch, scroll, and remember.
